The latest Thunderbolt 4 specification brings with it the implementation of 32Gb/s PCIe technology as a minimum requirement. This means that CalDigit’s Thunderbolt 4 cables can be used to connect storage devices with performance up to 3000MB/s.
8K DISPLAY WITH 2M CABLE
Previous generations of 2M Thunderbolt 3 Active cables restricted compatibility to Thunderbolt monitors only. This meant that 2M cables could not be used with USB-C monitors.
CalDigit’s 2M Thunderbolt 4 cables on the other hand have expanded that compatibility, and can be used with USB-C monitors in addition to Thunderbolt monitors, for up to 8K resolution. Supported resolutions: 1080p, 4k, 5k, 8k.
