What Are They?

Studiocare Loyalty Points are a way for us to thank the customer for purchasing from our website by offering them a discount on their next purchase.

How Do I get Points?

To received Loyalty Points all you have to do is complete a purchase on the Studiocare website and the points will be added to your account once the order has been completed/delivered.

How Many Points Will I Get?

Points are earned at the rate of 1 Point per Pound spent. These points are worth 1p of discount each.

So, for example, if an order is placed for £1,000 then 1000 points are awarded. 1000 Points equates to £10.00 worth of discount from a future order.

Do I Have To Use Them On My Next Purchase?

No. You can build your Loyalty Points up over multiple purchases for an overall larger discount if you wish.

Will My Points Expire?

Points are only valid for a 12-month period. So, points earned from a particular purchase will expire 12 months after the original purchase date.

Can I Use My Points For Everything?

Points are redeemable against products only. You cannot use points against shipping charges or Services.

Do all orders qualify for loyalty points?

Unfortunately points are only accrued on orders excluding discounts. If you have been sent an invoice from our sales department with discount applied, this order will be excluded from the loyalty scheme. Services, Repairs and Inspection Charges are also excluded from the program.
