What equipment do you repair?
We are an authoised repair centre and handle both warranty and non-warranty repairs for AlphaTheta/Pioneer DJ, Universal Audio, API, Fender, Presonus, Phoenix Audio, Bock Microphones, Barefoot & Dangerous.
We can repair a wide range of Professional Audio equipment beyond the brands listed, submit your request and we will do our best to help.
What should I do when posting my equipment to Studiocare?We always suggest sending your equipment to us using a reputable courier service, we can arrange a collection if required. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the unit is sent securely and sufficiently for transit, original packaging and boxes is always best.
What kind of DJ gear will you fix?We repair all Alpha Theta / Pioneer Pro DJ Equipment, Technics Turntables, Allen & Heath Mixers, + More, get in touch and we will do our best to help!
Do I need to send extra info in the box with my repair?If your unit has a specific external power supply please always include this. Other than that just please ensure the unit is securely packaged for transit.
Will I get any used parts from the repair once removed?We don’t do this as standard, but can do at customers request.
How can I check the latest firmware version for my equipment?Check the manufacturer website to ensure you have the latest firmware version.

Can you repair damage caused by spilled drinks?We would need to investigate the damage caused by the drink spill and work out a quotation to ascertain whether the unit is economically viable to repair or not, in this case we would need to charge a £90 + investigation fee in advance of receiving the unit.

How much do you charge for repairs?Our minimum repair charge is £90 + VAT which covers inspection of your unit and up to 1 hours repair labour, once inspected we will issue a full repair estimate to advise any further labour costs and the price of any parts required.
How long will it take to complete the repair?We aim to complete warranty repairs within 5 working days. For non-warranty repairs this will vary depending on a number of factors which can include; current workload, amount of items waiting in repair queue, availability of parts.
Can I bring my unit to you for repair on the same day?We offer an express repair service priced at £135 + VAT; for this we offer to inspect the unit within 24 hour of it arriving at our facility.
What parts of the UK do you cover?Studiocare are based in Liverpool but we are authorised to perform repairs and servicing for the whole of the UK.
