We always suggest sending your equipment to us using a reputable courier service, we offer to collect warranty repairs, this collection is free of charge. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the unit is sent securely and sufficiently for transit, original packaging and boxes is always best.What kind of DJ gear will you fix?
We repair all Pioneer Pro DJ Equipment.Do I need to send extra info in the box with my repair?
If your unit has a specific external power supply please always include this. Other than that just please ensure the unit is securely packaged for transit.Will I get any used parts from the repair once removed?

We would need to investigate the damage caused by the drink spill and work out a quotation to ascertain whether the unit is economically viable to repair or not, in this case we would need to charge a £70 + investigation fee in advance of receiving the unit.I tried fixing the unit myself without success, can you repair it?

Our minimum repair charge is £70 + VAT which covers inspection of your unit and up to 1 hours repair labour, once inspected we will issue a full repair estimate to advise any further labour costs and the price of any parts required.How long will it take to complete the repair?
We aim to complete warranty repairs within 5 working days. For non-warranty repairs this will vary depending on a number of factors which can include; current workload, amount of items waiting in repair queue, availability of parts.Can I bring my unit to you for repair on the same day?
We manage our repairs using a queuing system so therefore we cannot repair units on the spot.What parts of the UK do you cover?
