1. Introduction
1.1. Access to most areas of the Studiocare website does not require registration. Certain sections, however, are accessible only upon registration. In order to purchase any products from the site, you must register.
1.2. Studiocare reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this posting. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions. Specific legal notices or terms on particular pages may supersede these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must cease use of the website immediately.
2. Ordering
2.1. All orders placed via this website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2.2. Prior to submission, you will have the opportunity to review and amend your order.
2.3. Upon receipt of your order, an acknowledgment email will be issued. The contract is formed only upon dispatch of the goods, regardless of the timing of payment, unless you are otherwise notified.
2.4. Studiocare reserves the right to decline any order in the following circumstances:
- The goods are unavailable;
- Payment authorisation cannot be obtained or fraud is suspected;
- There is an error in pricing or product description;
- Eligibility criteria are not met by you.
2.5. Orders for destinations outside the listed shipping countries require prior arrangement and may be subject to pre-payment.
2.6. Studiocare reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse sales, including to resellers. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
3. Pricing
3.1. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP), both inclusive and exclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery, packing, and insurance charges are stated separately.
3.2. Prices are reviewed daily. In the event of an error, you will be notified and given the option to confirm or cancel your order. If you cancel and have already paid, a full refund will be issued.
3.3. For servicing and repairs, an inspection charge of £90 + VAT will apply. Additional costs will be communicated prior to work commencing. Uncollected goods may incur storage charges (£25 per week) after two weeks, unless otherwise arranged.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is taken manually upon dispatch of goods. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we do not receive a reply from you regarding the back order, we will order the items and payment will be captured.
4.2. Studiocare may verify the information provided during the order process against third-party records to prevent fraud. By ordering, you consent to such checks.
4.3. Payments are processed in GBP. Refunds to non-GBP currencies are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
4.4. For credit accounts, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily, and statutory late payment fees as set out in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Studiocare reserves the right to recover all reasonable legal fees and costs.
5. Delivery
5.1. Goods will be delivered to the billing address unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. Non-UK shipping costs vary by location, size, and weight. Customers are responsible for any import duties and VAT. If goods are returned due to unpaid duties, all associated shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
5.3. All deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 18 years or over.
5.4. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified on the delivery page and at checkout. All orders are shipped via a Next Working Day service, which is not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
5.5. In some cases, additional carriage may be charged for heavy/very large consignments. If this is the case you will be informed prior to dispatch.
6. Cancellation and Returns
6.1. All goods and services are sold in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have a right to cancel within 7 days of delivery by notifying Studiocare in writing via email.
6.2. Goods must be returned in 'as new' condition and in original packaging. You bear the risk and cost of return unless the goods are faulty.
6.3. Refunds, excluding delivery costs, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. Studiocare may deduct the direct cost of recovering goods not returned.
6.4. Returns are not accepted for:
- Unsealed software/media;
- Used microphones, headphones, earphones, or in-ear devices;
- Custom or “built to order” items, unless agreed (subject to a 25% restocking fee).
6.5. Warranty returns: If a fault occurs within 12 months, the product may be returned for repair or replacement. Misuse is not covered. Return shipping for repairs is covered within the UK only.
6.6. Warranty conditions:
- The product is not a short-term use item or one with a naturally short lifespan.
- The product must not have been abused, mishandled, used beyond its limits, or damaged through normal use.
- You must follow all instructions and maintenance guidelines.
- The product must not be used with the wrong power supply or in unsuitable conditions.
- The product must not be altered or used with non-original parts.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. You may print or download extracts for personal use only, provided content is unaltered and copyright notices are retained.
7.2. No part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or retrieval system without prior written consent.
8. Service Access
8.1. Studiocare endeavours to ensure website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance or events beyond our control.
9. Website Visitor Conduct
9.1. Except for personally identifiable information (covered under the Privacy Policy), any material transmitted or posted will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
9.2. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any material that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful.
9.3. Misuse of the website, including hacking, is prohibited. Studiocare will cooperate with authorities regarding any breach.

11. Registration
11.1. Persons under 16 should only use the website with parental or guardian consent. Registration is restricted to users aged 18 or over.
11.2. Each registration is for a single user only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
11.3. Studiocare may suspend or cancel registration at its discretion or for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Disclaimer
12.1. Studiocare endeavours to ensure accuracy but does not warrant the completeness or reliability of website material. Content and prices may change without notice.
12.2. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Liability
13.1. To the extent permitted by law, Studiocare is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, including loss of business, data, or profits.
13.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
13.3. You agree to protect us and our staff from any claims, losses, or costs (including legal fees) that result from you breaking these terms and conditions, your use of this website, or anyone else using your account details.
14. Force Majeure
14.1. Studiocare shall be relieved of its obligations to perform the contract to the extent that performance is prevented by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, industrial dispute, war, or other force majeure events.
15. Feedback
15.1. All feedback or suggestions become the property of Studiocare. Permission will be sought prior to publishing such feedback.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
16.2. Use of this website outside the United Kingdom is at your own risk; compliance with local laws is your responsibility.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions.
17.2. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17.3. Only parties to these Terms & Conditions may enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
