Returns Policy

How can I return an item?

Time Frame
Items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
Goods need to be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and should only be subjected to normal use to evaluate if it's right for you. 
If you would prefer to exchange the product, the return time frame is extended to 30 days.

Return Conditions
  • All our headphones are sent with a hygiene seal, if this is broken we are unable to accept them back for return.
  • Special order items may be returned at the sales departments discretion only.
  • Software and other licensed items may only be returned if the product packaging has not been opened or tampered with in any way. Digital software licenses cannot be refunded once they have been emailed to the customer.
  • If goods are returned in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged meaning it cannot be re-sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to the value of 25%.
  • The return period starts from the date the order is originally received.
Delivery Charges
Please note, unless your item is faulty (within 28 days of receipt), you will be liable for any delivery costs associated with your return/exchange. These costs will vary, but typically, the cost of a courier collecting goods from your door to return to us will cost £15 for most items, providing you are situated in the UK. This may cost significantly more for very heavy, bulky items like furniture or for overseas returns.
You are more than welcome to send the item back using your own delivery method (preferably a tracked, insured postal or courier service) but you need to request an RMA via email and add this to the packaging so our returns team know how to process it once it arrives.

We cannot refund any additional charges that you opt to pay to get a premium delivery service at the point of ordering (e.g. AM/ Saturday delivery).

We cannot refund the delivery cost for international orders outside of the UK.
