The Great River PWM-501 is a versatile and compact 500-Series module compressor featuring feed forward and feed back controls which let you get two very different styles of compression.

In feed forward mode the PWM-501 can be used for extreme transient shaping on drums and percussion. In feed back mode the PWM-501's sound is much rounder and warm sounding which is great for applications such as drum overheads, bass and vocals.
