The Pioneer PLX-1000 is high-torque, direct-drive DJ turntable featuring a classic layout, S-shaped tone arm, advanced tempo controls, removable power and audio cables, and rugged build quality for excellent vibration dampening.

The tempo control of the PLX-1000 features variable width which can be selected from ±8%, ±16% and ±50%. A reset button instantly reverts the speed back to ±0%.

Detachable audio and power cables make it easy to change out damaged ones, and make moving the deck around easier as there are no flying cables to get caught.

Rubber and springs are used on the dampening part of the insulator, this helps reduce noise by absorbing and isolating external vibrations. Rubber tubing inside the tonearm reduces howling.
