The Rode Stereo VideoMicX is an affordable broadcast-grade stereo condenser microphone designed for on-camera use. The VideoMicX has an all-metal construction making it ideal for regular use and also providing high levels of RF interference resistance. Featured in the VideoMicX head are a matched pair of 1/2" true condenser capsules which are configured in an X-Y configuration which delivers an excellent, immersive stereo soundscape.

Each capsule of the Rode Stereo VideoMicX is mounted via Rycote Lyre shock mounting systems which provides great isolation from vibrations and bumps. The VideoMicX has both professional grade balanced outputs as well as a shielded 3.5mm stereo output. An outer "honeycomb" style dome structure protects the microphones capsules and also reduces wind noise dramatically.
