The TK Audio BC501 LTD is a stereo bus compressor in 500 series format. The BC 501 LTD features all of the same functions as its predecessor but expanded with the grab function. The grab function turns the threshold knee harder and makes the compressor even more perfect for the drum-bus. The 501 LTD now comes with a new look, silver finish.

The BC501 LTD has a range of useful features including selectable ratio settings (1.25:1, 6:1), a THD switch that adds more even harmonics to the signal, and three HPF settings from which to choose (80Hz, 150Hz, 220Hz). All controls are stepped for easy, precise recall. A dedicated Dry/Comp knob allows blending between the original and compressed signals, and an external side-chain input (accessible via stereo 1/8″ mini TRS jack) is also provided.
