The Neve 1073DPD Dual Mic Preamp with Digital Output pairs two genuine 1073 Class A mic preamps with Neve-designed analogue-to-digital conversion in a single 1U unit. It is a direct, high-quality front end for any DAW, with balanced analogue outputs and digital outputs that can be used together.
Conversion runs at all standard PCM sample rates up to 192kHz, plus DSD, chosen from the front panel. An analogue insert ahead of the converters lets you patch a compressor or EQ into the signal path before it is digitised, and use the DPD's converters for other analogue sources too.
Like the 1073DPA, the DPD has the preamp section only (no EQ), with gain, output trim, +48V phantom power and phase reverse on each channel.
