The STAT-C pickup system represents one of SCHERTLER’s most well-established technologies. Over the decades it has become a standard in the field of high-end, acoustic bowed instrument amplification. Specially developed for use in louder musical environments, and impressively resistant to feedback, the bridge-mounted STAT microphone is an ideal choice for jazz, fusion, rock or classical performances involving high levels of amplification.

STAT is designed to accurately reproduce the warm sound of the instrument strings during performance, giving depth and body to the lower ones while reproducing the clarity and brightness of the upper ones.

STAT pickups are available individually, or packaged with a choice of preamps that give the player flexibility and control over a range of sound parameters.

STAT C PRO combines the STAT C pickup for cello with the YELLOW SINGLE, a sophisticated, portable Class-A preamplifier. The package includes a connection cable and padded bag.
