Shure MV7 Podcast Microphone

The all new Shure MV7 is the new dynamic microphone inspired by the legendary Shure SM7B. The MV7s has a unique feature set including XLR and USB, built-in headphone monitoring and voice isolation technology which lends the microphone to podcast recordings.

Hybrid Connectivity

The MV7 can be connected via USB or XLR. When using the USB connection you will have access to the Auto Level Mode within the ShurePlus MOTIV app, offering adjustments between tone and mic position.

App Control

With the free ShurePlus MOTIV app(s) you will be able to configure your microphone to perform best for your application. Auto Level Mode lets you 'set and forget' your microphone or you can choose Manual Mode in which you can adjust features such as Mic Gain, Mute, EQ, Monitor Mix, Limiter and compressor. You can even save your favourite settings for another day.

Voice Isolation Technology

The Shure MV7 has a unique pick-up pattern brings your voice to the forefront of the recording and prevents and unwanted back-ground or room noise from interrupting your sound.

Built-in Headphone Monitoring

The MV7 features a direct headphone monitoring output. Simply connect your headphones via 3.5mm jack connector and set your desired monitor mix between microphone and device.

Customizable Sound Signature

Choose your sound and pick your tone from either 'dark', 'natural' or 'light' within the ShurePlus MOTIV app.

Optimized Mic Position Pre-sets

Whether you're a podcaster that likes to get up close and personal with microphone, or a streamer that likes a but more breathing space, there is a setting to suit your needs. Choose between 'near' and 'far' mode within the ShurePlus MOTIV app, to optimise the MV7's output depending on your preferred mic position.
