KS Digital B500 Cherry Subwoofer (2 x 10") - Single

The B500 bass expansion is the ideal partner for expanding the performance of the main monitors A500, A200mk2 or the KSD-C100

In combination with the B500, the main monitors experience extreme relief when it comes to reproducing the lower octave. The double ten-inch drives with 1000W amplifier power per pair not only increase the maximum sound power, but also give the entire system a different level of performance. In interaction with the bass chassis of the top parts, the common membrane area multiplies, resulting in an almost planar wave front in the bass. This significantly improves the room illumination in the bass with fewer mode-related room problems.
By controlling the bass expansion from the KSD tops, a complete speaker is built that takes all filter settings, delay, volume, etc. into account as a single unit. (see: Mainmaster)
This creates a high-performance reference monitor with time-correct sound conversion using the patented FIRTEC(TM) technology. The tonal neutrality and exact impulse fidelity allow it to be used in all areas of professional production processes, when recording, as a mixing monitor or in mastering as a final reference.
