The Neve 1073 Classic Vertical Mono Mic Preamp & EQ Module is the genuine 1073 channel amplifier in vertical form, for the Neve 8-slot 5U rack or an 80 Series console. Since 1970 the 1073 has been a first choice for vocals, drums, guitars and almost any source, prized for its weight, warmth and forward midrange.

Every module is hand-wired in Burnley, England, with point-to-point wiring and original-specification parts, including Marinair input transformers and Neve's LO1166 gapped output transformer. A 5dB-stepped Elma gain switch and three transistor gain stages give up to 80dB of mic gain, and the bespoke inductor EQ follows the original frequency points.

A rack with a power supply is required (not included).
