The Merging Horus is a networked audio interface designed to allow users to connect their whole facility with one unit, using standard RJ45 connectors. As well as having one of the worlds most sonically transparent mic pre's (optional) Horus is also a high quality and high performing AD/DA convertor. Once in RAVENNA mode, the Horus box simply becomes a node on a network, one that can be instantly called to be an input, an output, or a combination of both. Whether you are in broadcast, TV and film, mastering, studio or live music recording, live events, theatres, museums, cruise ships, or any industry where you need audio to get from A to B (or A to B and C, or C to A and part of D, E, and F!).
Horus is a modular design, enabling users to buy whatever they need or want, from Analog Mic/Line inputs, Line outputs, additional MADI I/O or even 64 channels of Pro Tools HD connectivity per card.
