The Zoom F3 Multitrack Field Recorder is the perfect companion for any sound engineer on the move, providing the same premium-quality performance as other F-Series recorders for audio professionals on the move.
The F3 comes equipped with two AD converters – one for low high and one for high gain. This ensures there is no audio degradation even at high volumes. Not only that but the ultra-compact design will fit in the palm of your hand or even be attached to a boom mic with Velcro for added flexibility. At the heart of the F3 are two balanced XLR inputs complete with Zoom's premium-grade preamps, designed to capture high-definition audio wherever you are. From recording live performances to capturing sound for film; the F3 won't let you down. It boasts stunning sound quality, with sample rates up to 192kHz and 32-bit float recording ensuring you capture every detail, no matter how subtle.
The top of the Zoom F3 features a crisp LCD screen, providing a large waveform display so you can easily monitor your inputs. Jam-packed with useful features, the Zoom F3 even has a high-precision timecode for ultra-accurate video/sound synchronization. It also features a built-in USB audio interface as well as phones and line output jacks with dedicated 3.5mm plug and volume control. Not only that but the compact recorder can be powered via 2 x AA batteries, providing up to 8 hours of use!
