Merging Technologies HAPI MKIII 8 Ch Mic/Line AD&DA card
Merging Technologies HAPI MKIII 8 Ch Mic/Line AD&DA card
The Merging ADA8V3 card for HAPI MkIII is available in two different versions, standard and premium. The standard version can operate at sample rates up to 192kHz and for anything higher, the premium model operates up to DXD/DSD256. This world class card provides 8 channels of Mic/Line inputs and 8 channels of analogue Line out audio perfection.
Analogue > Digital > Analogue
These remotely controlled Mic/Line Input and Output cards are 3rd generation Dual Gain topology designs, inspired from the Anubis’ outstanding Preamps, that show zero tolerance to any compromise on the audio quality.
Available in two models that operate up to 192kHz (ADA8V3S) and DXD/DSD256 (ADA8V3P). Both the ADA8V3S and its premium variant can be added to a HAPI MkIII to achieve up to 16 channels of analogue in/out.
Merging Technologies ADA8V3 Features:
- 8 exceptionally transparent pre-amplifiers
- Remote/Local switch to Line Level on a per channel basis
- Completely accessible remotely for all parameter changes
- Phantom Power/Polarity Invert/Low Cut/Impedance switchable per channel
- Dynamic range of 139dB (A-weighted, typ) on the Line inputs
- Auto-mute circuitry for “no-pop” power cycling
- Digitally controlled output trims for line up procedures
- Dynamic range of 124dB (ADA8S), 125dB (ADA8P) (A-weighted, typ.) on the Line outputs
Compatibility With HAPI
All analogue I/O V3 cards are compatible with the HAPI MkIII and the HAPI MkII but not compatible with the Horus or original HAPI.
