Relab Maselec Bundle - MEA-2 EQ and MLA-4 Compressor Plugins

The Maselec Bundle pairs Relab's two Maselec plug-ins in one purchase: the MEA-2 precision stereo EQ and the MLA-4 triband compressor/expander. Both were developed with Leif Mases and are the officially endorsed software versions of his hardware.

The MEA-2 handles tone, with hand-tuned asymmetrical Q curves, broad shelving, mid/side on every band and solo isolation. The MLA-4 handles dynamics, with independent compression and expansion per band, five-mode sidechain linking, auto spectral balance and per-band THD. Together they form a mastering chain from one designer.

Relab does not publish a dedicated page for this bundle, so this description has been written from the two component products and the bundle listing on the Relab store.

  • Includes Maselec MEA-2 and Maselec MLA-4
  • Perpetual bundle licence covering both plug-ins
  • Mastering EQ and triband compressor/expander

Supplied as a digital download with a perpetual licence. After purchase the licence is deposited in your iLok account; authorisation can be to a local computer or to an iLok USB key (v2 or later). An iLok account, an internet connection and the current PACE drivers are needed to activate; no hardware dongle is required. Formats: AAX, AU and VST3 (64-bit) on macOS 10.15 or later, and AAX and VST3 (64-bit) on Windows 10 or later.
