Waves JJP Analog Legends pairs two of Waves' most respected analogue models, both based on rare hardware from the personal collection of Grammy-winning producer Jack Joseph Puig. Together they give you a classic valve compressor and a pair of classic passive valve EQs for adding warmth and character to any source.
The PuigChild Compressor models the legendary Fairchild 660 and 670 valve limiters, prized for their smooth, musical compression on vocals, drums, buses and whole mixes. The PuigTec EQs recreate the EQP1A programme equaliser and MEQ5 midrange equaliser, famous for their rich low end, silky highs and full mids. Both include the noise, hum and harmonic behaviour of the original units, which can be dialled in or out.

Supplied as a digital download with a perpetual licence. After purchase you receive a Waves serial number to register to your Waves account; the plugins are then installed and activated with the free Waves Central application, either to your computer or to an exFAT-formatted USB flash drive, one device at a time. A Waves account and an internet connection are needed to activate; no hardware dongle is required. Formats: AAX Native, AudioSuite, AU and VST3 (64-bit) on macOS Sonoma 14 or later, and AAX Native, AudioSuite and VST3 (64-bit) on Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11.
